It has been gorgeous today and I am inside only for a short while and thought I would update! We have been super busy here at Casa del Kastendike. The attic is finished and Greg is officially working up there! He has a bathroom, a flat screen with cable, internet and a phone--I'm waiting for the beer fridge to be moved from the garage and a coffee machine to be installed and I don't think I would ever see him!
Sam is getting big and starting to chat a little more. We are working on saying lots of different words--Greg and I sound SUPER smart when we repeat things like 50 times in that really kid friendly tone!
I got out today--went for a long walk with Sam and then put him down for a nap. I cut the grass and cleaned out the big garbage cans! YUCK! But I am glad it is done. It is floating right around 80 degrees and is absolutely beautiful. I am headed to Wal-Mart to pick up some more flowers for our window boxes. Oh--Sam took a dive out of the Wal-Mart cart on Mother's Day--Mom of the Year award here! He's fine--no permanent damage--at least I don't think :)
Then we are off to Goodberry's for some frozen custard--can you tell I am craving sweets!
